Athletic Excellence Bursary Funds

For student-athletes identified Hopeful, Elite or Excellence who have been first identified and priorized by their Quebec sport federation.  They must fill the “Programme d’assistance financière” form they will have received from their Federation during the summer.  The application will be sent to the Foundation by each sport federation in October of every year.

The Foundation will proceed to the selection of grant holders during the year according to due dates of its various bursary programs.

If the student-athlete wants to send his demand directly to the Foundation, he has to supply the following information:

School information and academic concentration

The most recent school bulletin

Income and spend budgeting

Justification for a financial assistance

Annex a page describing the formation project and career plan

Proof of involvement as volunteer, recommendation letters, etc. (optional)

University Athletic Bursary Funds

Recruitment Bursaries

For student-athletes graduating from Quebec colleges who wish to pursue an athletic and academic career in a Quebec university.

The application form is available in the University Athletic Department in January of each year.  The application form must be received at the Foundation at the beginning of March.  The selection is made in April of each year.

Athletic Excellence and Academic Bursaries

For student-athletes already in a University and belongs in a Quebec and/or Canadian university sports network, and who shows outstanding academic and athletic performances.

The application form is available in the University Athletic Department in March of each year.  The application form must be received at the Foundation by June 30th.  The selection is made in September of each year.
